Travel connections to Berlin By air - Berlin has three airports: Tegel, Schönefeld and Tempelhof. Tegel is best connected to other national and international airports. All three are well integrated in the Berlin public transport network. By train - Berlin is connected to the German Intercity Train System and can be reached from all major cities in Germany and Europe. How to reach Berlin-Adlershof By public transport from airport Tegel - Take the city bus no. X9 (every 10 min.) to S-Bahnhof "Zoologischer Garten". Change to S-Bahn train S6 or S9 (direction of Königs Wusterhausen or Schönefeld) and leave the train at S-Bahnhof Adlershof. From there you will have a 10 min. walk through the railway underpass and along the "Rudower Chaussee" (see map below). Total duration approximately 90 min. By public transport from the city center - Same S-Bahn train as above. Both lines (S6 and S9) stop at several locations in the central parts of Berlin. By car from airport Tegel - Take the highway (Autobahn) south in direction Dresden/airport Schönefeld up to the end of the highway and then follow the signs for airport Schönefeld. At the subway station Rudow (U-Rudow) turn left into the "Neudecker Weg" and after the bend in the street at the traffic light, turn left into "Wegedornstrasse". At the end of the street you will find the DLR building to the right. Turn right and immediately after 50 m turn again right through the white gate. DLR is the first building on the right after the gate. The location of the meeting can be found online (please insert ZIP: 12489 and Address: Rutherfordstr. 2) or on a map of the local area.
